Can you get credit for a scenario as a GM and a player for one character?

If I play and then GM a scenario, I can give both credit to one character or not?

NO. the GM credit must be applied to a different character than the player credit.

Of course this leads to multiple characters. I currently have 13 registered and 3 unregistered. (5 of this total have no chronicles yet.
