no real need due to how OGL works, and how fair use laws work.
I don't think you know how Fair Use laws work. They're intended for teaching, criticism, commentary, archiving and the like. Not to remix copyrighted material (unless explicitly stated by standards such as Creative Commons).
Also this doesn't fall under OGL as the OGL only covers game mechanics, which is why you can take the Fighter class (or any other crunchy stuff) from Paizo and make your own stuff from it so long as you put the OGL on there.
The artwork you are using is protected under Paizo's Product Identity, which is not open for remixing.
That being said, I highly doubt Paizo will make a fuss out of this, so long as it's only for personal use.
Also, it's pretty damn cool!

Looks great. If you're going to make it available for download, I would recommend you look over Paizo's Community Use Policy and do your best to adhere to it.

I don't disagree with it, considering I made it link only those who share the link or come here will find it.
Also paizo's policy is exactly what our copyright laws allow for...

Education is one of the several uses of fair use true, but in general altering the work as has been done here and not selling it are more than enough to qualify.
