Help with Society notes needed

I have two issues really.

My most recent event has my character listed as the wrong faction. When I emailed my DM about this, he said it was something on my side that needed to change. I can't see where I can fix it, other than reporting a problem. I thought I would ask here first since I had a second question anyway.

I had another session where the DM did not report it online even though he gave me a sheet. I talked to another player who says he was updated. Other than chance encounter, I don't know how to contact this DM.

If the other player from the "missing" session of yours can give you the event number (which should be appearing on his online record), you may be able to report that info to Mike Brock, and he may be able to get it corrected. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much about it -- your hard-copy Chronicle sheets are your official records for your character, and the online records are just a backup.

Thank you for the advice. I was slow on sending the email and it looks like the problem of the missing mission just worked itself out. I guess the next step is to report a problem with the faction on the other one.

Does the system normally just check which faction you have currently selected on the character to decide which to add points to?

it autofills your currently selected faction and character name when the GM enters your character number (or at least it does when I report games), its possible for the GM to change it if the session sheet says a different one than the website but most dont (as its possible someone might tick the wrong box but you would hope they setup the faction right on the website)
