I will be playing in my first Pathfinder Society game this week! The concept I have for my character is to build a Final Fantasy style dragoon. I would like to build a fighter using the Polearm Master archetype and dip into either Ranger or Druid for either an animal companion, or perhaps summon, something like a drake or pseudodragon? Is this a)legal and b)possible? FYI, I am doing this purely for roleplay reasons, not mechanical.
Thanks!

+1 to TOZ
Just keep in mind that certain archetypes and classes may not be legal for play (see the additional resources page).
Additionally, later on you may wish to check out the feat Death From Above in Ultimate combat. Seems like it fits your character concept.
Welcome to the Pathfinder Society! Have fun!

You can perform any degree of multi-classing that is legal in core as long as the Archetype/Class is legal in PFS. Pathfinder doesn't punish you for multi-classing the way 3.0/3.5 did or water it down the way 4.0 does.
Drakes & Pseudodragons are not legal Animal Companions even in core, sadly. You could get a Pseudodragon or Faerie Dragon familiar but you'd need to be a level 7 caster who gets a familiar with the Improved Familiar feat. I'm not sure if any dragons appear on Summon Monster lists...?
I'd recommend instead going Magus 7/Pole-arm Master Fighter 5, making sure to pick up the Familiar Arcana/Improved Familiar Feat to get yourself a dragon pet. You won't have as many feats or as good a to-hit as a mostly Fighter character...but Magus buff spells/abilities will make up for that. Plus, Dragoons in Final Fantasy have often gotten some small degree of spells, so it fits your theme.
