These bright red boots have odd ports built into them and smell of explosive chemicals.
The wearer may, when performing a charge, use a fly speed of 50 ft. in place of normal movement. After the charge is resolved, the fly speed is lost and the wearer may fall if not otherwise supported.
The rocket boots may be used 10 times before running out of fuel and becoming useless.
