(This is a continuation of this thread, but I suspect as Cosmo's already posted in that one, it's marked as 'resolved' or similar.)
I had it confirmed by Customer Services that my order for the Rise of the Runelords hardcover qualified for the bonus PDF version, but despite getting the shipping notice for the physical book, I don't yet have access to the PDF version in my downloads page. Please can someone take a look at this to get the PDF activated? The wait is killing me!
