Order 2148567 - Still Pending a week later?

Just wondering what the hold up is on my order?

Other Superscribers have gotten their shipment notices (and hence pdfs) days ago and I am still looking at a pending status.

An info would be appreciated.

We generally estimate shipping for subscription orders to take a week. We start shipping on Monday and usually finish up on Friday. The shipping time of individual orders just depends on where in the shipping queue it ends up.
