Gen Con and Scenario Choice

Pathfinder Society

Lantern Lodge 4/5

Long-time lurker and very rare poster here to ask a question of the experts. I will be going to Gen Con in just a few weeks and I plan on playing some Pathfinder Society games. I have a single character, a gnome oracle, who is just one mod away from being second level. (It has only taken two years. It is very exciting.) The only problem is that I have no idea what to pick to play. I mean it is limited in what tickets are available, but that is still a very long list.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

playing one of the First Steps with a first level PC. I like the First Steps mods, and the Judges tend to go all out to make them fun. If you like a 'crawl, do First Steps 2 ("to Delve the ...") otherwise I'd suggest First Steps 3 (if you like overland travel), or maybe #1.

Or maybe Frost Fur Captives....

If your PC is almost 2nd level, I would suggest:

1) Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment: One of the best new scenarios, with heavy roleplaying.

2) God's Market Gamble: Challenging but great new scenario.

Those are the best and I believe there are tickets for both still. If you're looking for a 3rd scenario I'd say "The Rise of the Goblin Guild".

Frostfur isn't available at Gencon and the First Steps scenarios are generally for new PCs.
