Is there any way to do Order # 2144454 differently to reduce the shipping?

Would sending it (or some of it) with my monthly order reduce the shipping?

I'm not in a big hurry to get these items so slower and cheaper works for me.

Combining it with the subscriptions will combine the shipping costs and save you about $16.00 overall (6.00 savings plus the $10.00 off shipping deal since the order will be just over $100.00).
