Subscription shipments this month were delayed in getting sent out of the warehouse. So while most/all of the subscription shipments were processed and prepared in our computer system on the 10th (thus granting access to the PDFs), many did not get actually put into the mail until a bit after that.
Currently tracking on your package shows that it was estimated to arrive at your location on the 24th, however it does appear to be running past that estimate as well. At this time I would like to give your package a bit more time to arrive, but if your package doesn't arrive by Wednesday of next week let us know and we'll take further action for you.

Package arrived on Wednesday the 1st. My apologies in my tardiness in reporting that the package did in fact arrive finally. Thank You.
