So I'm planning to visit Atlanta over Labor Day weekend and was thinking I'd drop in on DragonCon. I have heard virtually nothing about DragonCon here or elsewhere even though from what I read its quite a large con. I'm wondering if anyone has already been to previous years and if so how is the RPG / Pathfinder presence there? Are any PF 3rd Party Publishers planning to be there? Is there a decent amount of PF played there?

Same question for MegaCon in Orlando. Anyone have experience there?

Yeah, there's a fair amount of Pathfinder at Dragon*Con; the gaming page with listings should be up now or soon. Last year there were also a lot of really good RPG talks. including a couple with Jason Buhlman. Also much less busy and stressful than trying to see the panels with movie/tv stars.

Thanks for the info firefly :) I hear very little about cons other than PaizoCon and GenCon so I'm always curious if these other large cons are worth attending if the goal is "do Pathfinder stuff" etc.
