Minotaur's Charge

The feat "Minotaur's Charge" from Classic Monsters Revisited is included in the additional resources, but has the monster ability "powerful charge" as a prerequisite. Is this prerequisite waived for PFS PCs?

No, it is not.

But if you have an animal companion with powerful charge(an Elk for instance) you might have a use for the feat.

Man ... I *so* wanted to take Powerful Charge for my fighter!! I nearly cried when I found out that Bestiary feats are not eligible to be taken by PCs. Damnable animals! Hoggiing all the fun stuff!!
