i'm making maps for saventh-yhi and am curious if there is anything inside the ziggurats, i realize with the spears boring into the earth the middle is probably empty and or solid. i'm curious if there would be side chambers or what not.

Depends if you want there to be anything inside. :)
As written, I believe the Radiant Muse lives in the top of the ziggurat of Eager Striving and Lessikal has used stone shape to build his chambers in the top of the Temple district ziggurat. Don't have my books here so I'm not 100% sure though...
I think generally the ziggurats were constructed solid with no internal chambers by the Azlanti knowing that -as you pointed out- anything in there would be destroyed if they needed to activate the spears as weapons against Ilmurea.
Of course several other folks have added smaller mini-dungeons inside on their own. So basically up to you.
