I loved loved loved the book on Darkmoon Vale. It is still one of my favorite setting books in the line and I would like to see more books along these lines, bigger than a city but not a national book.
I just think the detail that can go into a book like that is something I would enjoy. Some ideas for them are;
1. Whisperwood in Cheliax
2. Verduvan Forest in Taldor
3. The Lake of Mists and Veils
4. Hellmouth Gulf in Cheliax

The Mushfens or the Storval Plateau in Varisia.
Grundir Forest in Lands of the Linnorm King
Devil's Perch in Cheliax.
The islands off the western coast of Cheliax.
Felldales in Numeria
Cairnlands of Absalom
The Fangwood in Nirmathas. Of course, that's more likely to be a book on Nirmathas in general.
Also, the World's Edge Mountains in Taldor.
