Hollow's Last Hope is good for having the possibility for further campaigning.

But seriously, one night to play? Run We Be Goblins. Do the goblin voices. It's hilariously awesome.

If you're going to run a one off game I can't stress enough how great We Be Goblins is.

If on the other hand you want something a little less gobliny (which must make you an alien). Then any of the Free RPG Day adventures is good fun.
