So, I've been working on paper models to create big chunks of Sandpoint in 3D for my upcoming Runelords campaign. Everything is going well, and I'll post some assembly pictures once I start laying the buildings down on the terrain, but I am having issues with the Sandpoint Cathedral. The only two images of it I can find don't agree - the title page for Burnt Offerings shows goblins throwing torches into a traditional-looking church, but the map has this bizarre curved beast with pods sticking out into all directions.
My best idea so far has been to basically use 3 "standard" cathedrals surrounding a central hub, to try and follow the description without creating a new model from scratch. However, this means I can't use the Sandpoint map because it doesn't match. (OCD, yes, I know.)
I know I can just do whatever I want, but I'm wondering if anyone can point me to other images of the Cathedral, or has some sense of what that weird shape on the amp actually would look like.

I know that feeling when reference materials don't match.
try and find the wording that describes the Cathedral's outside, and then find the image that best represents it's outside for textures and exterior design.
then take any interior maps and use that for building inside outwards.
Hopefully the inside and outside maps match.

Lamplighter, at some point I snagged someone's 3D cutaway view of the cathedral. It's only for the building's interior layout, but maybe it will be of some small help.
I can't remember where I got it -- probably linked from one of the threads here, but not necessarily -- but the artist's credit says Ross Lucci 2009.
Anyway, post your email address and I'll send it along.

Thanks, I have that as well - I'm more looking for the outside views. The description is "stone and glass". :/
Looking at it more, it'll probably be easier to alter the map to match the model I can build, than the other way around...
