Setting-Appropriate Vulgarities

Skull & Shackles

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I'll be running this AP shortly, and there are several foul-mouths to be found throughout. For various reasons I would like to use setting-specific vulgarities when describing these characters' dialog to the party.

So, what ideas do folks have for vulgarities, curses, slurs, and insults on the high seas of Golarion?

the trick is not what you say ( verbatim ) but HOW you say it. After all, put the right way, even nice terms like mother or mommy can become deadly insults

Since I was doing the link from my tablet ( which irritatingly enough has problems with hypertext markups inside the browser...), and there is only a limited time to edit... it's more of a forum question

and... "Go mudanchor your topgallants and show some barnacles, or I'll wash you scuppers on them breakers yonder, savvy ?"
