The GM is thinking about playing S&S with this variant. Anyone have any experience?
This DR is bypassed by adamantine, or the attacks of Huge or larger creatures
I wanted to play a Gunslinger with Early Firearms. Therefore, this sentence bothers me, because an adamantine sling bullet does almost the same damage as a pistol with longer range and strength bonus. Plus, creatures already get size bonuses to attack and damage, which means that Huge or larger creatures will hit relatively more often and do the same damage compared to the original system.
