1) Is the correct spelling Antarktos per James' posts or is it Antarkos per AP#56? There is an additional(or missing) T for the unobservant ;)
2) Are the ghosts aware of the living? If so do they interact with the living, if even at random times or events? Would this interaction include attacking the living because of coming into proximity of the living?
3) If the ghosts encounter an iceberg, or land will they continue their meandering southerly quest over (or under) them? Or are the ghost strictly waterborne manifestations?
4) Is this spectral congregation a nod towards a ghostwalk inspired portal to the afterlife(manifest), a lovecraftian idea, a more traditional concept like the Inuit sky/spirit hole that leads up to the afterlife, or some other concept?
5) Are the aquatic giants unstated giant humanoids or some other already know race (aboleth)?

1) The correct spelling is the one in print, (though I do like the extra T, honestly).
2) The ghosts are certainly aware of the living. Like the creatures they were in their previous lives, different ghosts have different behaviors and motivations. Attacking the living isn't out of the question.
3) Since they are incorporeal, they simply move through icebergs and water as they wish.
4) It was something I came up with, so it's not something I consciously pulled from any of those sources. Also, the true reason for this convergence in the Ocean of Frozen Dreams is unclear.
5) Also unclear at this point.
