Question about the beginning of The Hall of Harsh Reflections

Age of Worms Adventure Path

I'm trying to write down my notes for this part of the adventure path and I noticed in one encounter when the PC's are looking at the parade two rogues are shifting through the crowd. If their Sleight of Hand is successful, they can take gold or a potion from the PC's. Well I thought about it and if the PC's still have the their potions that contain the slow worm in them, the rogues could take that. If used by the rogue later on, he could be the catalyst that could start a worm plague in the city. Would this be cool idea to run with or would it just be to complicated for a new GM like myself?

I think this is a fabulous idea! If you want to contain it, have the rogue drink the potion in a later "random" urban encounter in front of the PCs (they might even recognize it as one of theirs) and then they have a little Kyuss problem to contain. Very cool.

That's a good idea. I will definitely use this in my campaign. Thank you for the help.
