This is likely the absolute wrong place to open up a thread about a TV series based on a rude, middle-age doctor in a sleepy seaside village in Cornwall. But after spending much of the last two weeks watching the first four seasons on Netflix with my wife, I was curious as to how many others out there are hooked watching this quirky, but very entertaining show?

I love it! I can't wait until the fifth series is released to Netflix.

That was a quick response JM. Do you have any idea when season 5 is on Netflix? I saw one episode of Season 5 on PBS, and would really like to see the episodes we missed. The show is very addicting.

I started watching it - but it runs on one of those channels I keep forgetting exists. :(

It just wrapped up in Britain, so it may be a while. I think it comes out on DVD pretty soon, though, so these days it may be a matter of weeks instead of years.

You should check for the DVDs; Season five of Doc Martin finished its broadcast run up awhile ago in the US, and the second season of Downton Abbey was available before it finished it run on PBS.

PBS viewers who like RPGs? There are dozens of us!

EDIT: Wait, James, does series 5 not end with the Mrs Tishell episode? They started rebroadcasting earlier series 5 episodes after that one on my local PBS station.
