How long does paizo wait between coming out with new material and publishing it on the d20 site free? Id love to check out the advanced race guide but im short on cash...
We generally have the PRD updated about a month after the release date (not the date we start shipping to subscribers). So for the Advanced Race Guide, I'd wager sometime in July. :)

And the PRD is not to be confused with d20pfsrd.com, which is not operated by Paizo (Paizo handles the official PRD). pfsrd doesn't follow a set release schedule as far as I can tell, since it's basically a wiki.

I believe the d20pfsrd.com's policy is a two week to a month courtesy delay.
Correct Ryan, but more specifically, it depends on the publishers request.
Some say "post immediately" and some say "please wait at least a month before posting."
In Paizo's case the time has been "at least two weeks from the date it is available in stores" but in truth, given that some of these books are massively crunchy there is rarely any danger of getting them out RIGHT at the two week mark. Some books yes, such as the various Companion books that aren't so rules/mechanics-heavy, but books like the Advanced Race Guide or other large hardcovers take much longer.
For d20pfsrd.com, I saw a statement in one of their forums to the effect that adding material from the Advanced Race Guide to their site could take a while unless they get more help doing it. So far, the racial entries have archetypes and favored class options, but the rest (including class entry references back to the new archetypes and favored class bonuses) is not there yet.

We're still adding new content from the Advanced Race Guide. Most of the content is there if you dig around but not everything is perfectly linked yet. For example, all of the spells are added to the site but they're not added to the "Spells by Class" index tables etc. If you go to the main Spells page (here) you will find them (they aren't called out by book or anything there though so you have to know the name you are looking for.)
We did get a big influx of new collaborators after I went on my "begging for help" spree so that helped a lot. We were actually mostly done with everything before the standard 2-week delay period but a lot of the final "wrapping up" type stuff can't happen until after we actually push the pages to the "live area" where users can see it. So we're now basically in the cleanup phase.
