How much Starting Character Wealth for Gestalt characters?

I'd give the full Average of the class which has more Starting Wealth and then add to that half of the Average of the other class.

Gestalt characters take the better of either class's properties in all other instances. In this light, I would have a gestalt character take the better of the two starting wealth rolls (they only roll the better one, they don't roll both then pick).

Don't have any program, we're doing by the 3.5 SRD. A little outdated, I know. Is there a program that could do this?
