So I'm confused, I could have sworn that the only races allowed were those out of the core rulebook, but in the allowed resources it mentions that all the tiefling heritages are legal for play.
Could I please get a list of the legal races?
Only the races from the CRB are legal for use unless you have special campaign documentation allowing certain bestiary races.

The June 20 update to Additional Resources will include the following line to Blood of Fiends, Advanced Race Guide, and any other boon-obtained race:
To create a Tiefling character, you must have a Chronicle sheet that opens the race as a legal option at character creation.
