Didn't somebody at some post a link to a website that gave a nice, concise read out of historical weather for various cities? Seems like it had min temp, max temp, precipitation? Might have been for European cities? My googlefu is not finding it.

Check through the archives in this forum and do a search for weather. There are quite a few threads for this, including one where James Jacobs pops in and talks about the climate and what latitude the Stolen Lands are in, etc.
