I'm aware of several non-core classes, such as a cavalier, a summoner, and a rather infamous magus appearing as antagonists in PFS scenarios. However, I'm interested to know if any of the currently released scenarios feature a gunslinger NPC?
None of the 60+ different scenarios I have Ran... I have not run them all.

I have not seen any either, I've played and run in a bunch of scenarios, never seen one. I think that this is something that should be addressed in Season Four. No reason to not have one, and to be perfectly honest I see a lot of fighter types with near unhittable AC that need a challenge without causing the rest of the party to be particularly disadvantaged. A gunslinger does this perfectly, and a wild west style game with a showdown at the end would be perfect. (Mayhaps I should try to write it up for a new scenario, I'd say to model it after Big Jake, but child endangerment stories are out)

We should have a scenario named simply 'SHAINE' which is all about Kreighton Shaine, master of scrolls, travelling to a backwater rural community where he is forced reluctantly into using his gunslinger skills in a stand-off with a local cattle baron.
During the scenario, Shaine befriends an annoying podgy faced youngster who is naively enthusiastic about gunslinging.
"Come back (Kreighton) Shaine!"
It would be marvellous.

If were-cats ever become an option for PCs, I'm going to make one and give him a six-shooter. I shall call him …
… wait for it …
… Revolver Ocelot!
...Give him the Mysterious Stranger and Pistolero archetypes. If you have the skill points, you can even put lots into Use Magic Device and carry around a wand of Damp Powder. Then, when he runs into any Gunslinger NPCs, just have him use the wand and shout, "BANG!"
