Here is a first pass as some rules for non-magical but still fantasy healing for a homebrew setting I am working on. It will be low magic, with little or no magical healing available. Instead, skills can sometimes have fantastic effects. Thoughts?
Phiskier
Prerequisite: Skill Focus (Heal) Wis 13, Int 13
Benefit: Your knowledge of the body’s energies allow you to accelerate the healing process and overcome affliction in the following ways through the expanded use of the Heal skill.
First Aid: DC 15 Standard Action Successful Check: Your patient regains a number of hit points equal to 1d4+ you Wisdom modifier. For every point you beat the DC they gain an additional 1d4 hit points. There is no limit how many times a day a person can benefit from this application, but regardless of success or failure treatments may not be given more often than 15 mins apart.
Long term Care: DC 15 8 hours Successful Check: You patient recovers from ability damage (not drain) at twice the normal rate (typically 2 points per day rather than 1). For each 5 points by which you beat the DC the patient recovers an additional point of damage.
Poison and Disease: DC Varies Standard Action Successful Check: You may make a Heal check in place of the patient’s Fort save to over come disease or poison.
A Phiskier’s Bag is needed to perform these treatements.
Chyurgeon
Prerequisite: Phiskier, Heal 10 Ranks
Benefit: With the use of an equipped Chyurgery you can treat Ability Drain and more serious injuries. DC 20, 1 hour per point of patient’s Ability Drain. For each 5 points you beat the DC you decrease the time by 1 hour.

This could be interesting, but you might also want to consider whether there are herbs that can do similar things too. Though the plants may not be magical per se, healing herbs could have specific effect that go a bit beyond what's normal.
Well, particular herbs or extracts would be part of the medicine kits. Kinda like spell component pouches the exact contents would be handwaved. What I don't want is "oh its not a potion of Cure Light Wounds its Lesser Kingsfoil and it does 1d8+1 points of healing"
