I propose this: borrow from china the sum of ten trillion dollars and construct a City in the USA on a large area of land.
Each possible property owner of that city will be an unmarried female who will be allocated a one bedroom house made from a Shipping Container (they are quite roomy - like a descent size New York Apartment) located on a single Acre of Land (half acre wide-two acres long). That Land will be transferred to their ownership after ten years of occupancy. All up each house costs about 50,000 dollars (lets say 120,000 with land).
Once single lane roads are in to ensure access to homes, that leaves about eight Acres in every square mile where corporations may establish Towers of Glass and Steel at the heart of Every Square Mile 'village-State' - as long as one of those acres has a small stadium for the Land owners to govern themselves and their village.
Those young Women may have kids but because this 'NEO-CITY' will be leaving behind the failed belief systems of the past the land may never be transferred to any male land holder or borrowed against or given away to pay debts or be occupied by some other occupier to ensure long term viability of the community. Because they (the female owner) cant take ownership for ten years the idea is to encourage economic development so that the Shipping container home can be replaced by a Family sized home that they will be able to pay for at the end of ten years of work if they like.
The ten trillion dollar Debt will be the Debt of the Whole 'NEO-CITY' in which the female land owners will be shareholders of the 'NEO-CITY' paid in shares for their repayment of that debt - not in wages.

I don't Smoke...don't do drugs...and don't drink booze...so about all I can offer you to snort and drink are icing sugar and fermented grape juice from an old juice carton...but if you are willing to pay the full price for it you can imagine it to be anything you want.

It removes Women from the Slave conditions they are currently in...sure ignorance is bliss but if you don't have a better option than one of sexual servitude and inequality what is to stop the nightmare from continuing?
Given that isolation - education - and employment is the ideal method of global population control. There is a substantial step forward for Women in a single decision. Sure you as Men will be forced into celibacy and extinction...but you had that coming.

You realize you include yourself in the collective "you", correct?
First off, you ignore the base human instinct to better themselves above their peers, or to maintain their position above a 'lower class'. everyone has this delusion that a matriarchal based society would be the utopic vision, but realistically, women act no better than men, and in several demonstrable cases, take the emotional extremes beyond men (i.e. sublimating femininity to fit among male peers, or irrational choices of the moment. Bobbit, anyone?) Given the same situations, roles reversed, but don't change the environmental learning of a human, females will act exactly as bad as males do now.
Second, humanity has to grow as a whole, and "leaving behind antiquated values" is rather impossible, because several of those 'values' stem from functional ideals, only they're corrupted as a human tends to age (see previous para.). At its core, the bible is a perfect exemplar of how humans should have to live, but it's been buried in 2000 years of woman hating, religious self-justifying rhetoric.

Yea, I guess that'll put the laugh to current economics alright, being that it would be the one triggering action that collapses the world economy, sending us all into a spiral of destruction. It's easy to talk s!~! when you're an american, but having been outside the country for long periods of time, I know that the only thing worse than an ignorant american, is an american who knows what they're doing to the world around them, and does it anyway.
I think that, in the proposal of this 'city', you put forth an inconsistent foundation to this 'city'. It would collapse quickly, as neighbor turns on neighbor, coveting their land. Laws would be effected to enable justified 'taking' or 'claiming' of land, the people with 'more' land would then establish laws limiting the rights of lesser land owners or empowering themselves, and eventually we'd be right back to square one, except that, now we have a dictatorial led country threatening war (likely backed by several others sick of our 'antics') because there's no way we could produce a payment on what we've borrowed.
