Just received My copy of ultimate combat and the cover has a raised ridge, its not a crease but a raised ridge on the cover. Opening the well packed box the top flap disintegrated when i pealed it back (because of the glue). I will need a new box if this has to be shipped back. Other other hand, I wouldn't mind being credited the difference, for a non mint version. I can provide any photos you may need via email, if you give me the appropriate address. In any event the box was expertly packed. Thank you in advance for your help.

Rest assured that we take the quality of our products quite seriously, both in production and the condition you receive them in.

Thank you Erik, I emailed two photos one of the ridge and the other of the inside cover, so that you could see that it is indeed not a crease that runs through the cover but rather a ridge on the surface.

Due to the substantial damage your Hardcover book arrived displaying I have marked your book as Non mint and have adjusted its price accordingly. While this isn't something we are normally able to do, I feel that your book qualifies for this. You should be able to check your My Account tab on the Paizo website and verify that you have been reimbursed 25% of the price you paid for your copy, our standard discount for non mint products. Thank you very much! It was a very strange ridge, very much like air got under the cover. Customer Service like this is why I will keep my Paizo, subscription likely until I retire, being 30 -- thats quite a ways off.

I would like to thank you again Erik for your help with the matter.
