You called? I jest, I jest.
However, I hope that my PCs take down Master Scourge and Mister Plugg in as awesome a fashion as possible.
Hopefully with a whip.
Yes, Mr. Plugg is now on my characters S--- list. Because....
Name:Renegade Jackson
Class and Level: Gunslinger(Pistolero) Lv1
Catalyst: Mr. Plugg set me up.
The breakdown: So my character isn't dead yet. I'll find out next Thursday what happens after the keelhauling. But needless to say Renegade has had an easy time at pissing off the other pirates. He's working the sails and does a darn good job at it but he doesn't take intimidation well. In the first session Crimson and some of his men jumped him after the first keelhauling. However, Renegade and our Barbarian figured out what was going on and took them all down. Now after that we told Plugg and the rest of the pirates that Crimson was stealing from the Brig he was apprehended and we haven't heard from him in a few days.
Here's where things get hairy. The entire party was given deck duties while Plugg sent Renegade below deck to the bilge to "warm up with some of the crew". Plugg and his men searched Renegade and took all of his gear and when when he got to the bilge he was greeted to Crimson's smiling face and two other pirates armed with short swords. And let me tell you it was a bloody fight! Renegade killed all three with only 1hp to spare and after that was apprehended by Plugg. The session ended with Renegade shoved in the sweat-box and he's to be keelhauled next session. Can't wait to find out what happens with that!

Well, I have never even thought about obituaries before for group (I'm one of the players mind) but this particular adventure has somehow brought out the death toll for us. Hmmm let's start shall we ^^.
Name : Kierra
Class and Level: Catfolk Rogue (Spy) Lv5
Catalyst: Protecting the keep from the evil pirates (Our captain considers us privateers, he's a goofy CG Elf)
The breakdown: While her husband, the more cat then folk Rogue (My character, he was slightly insane) was handing the more dangerous bit of launching himself behind the enemies to make for the snick snick of a two rogue killing couple, a certain Sorc slipped in in her invisibility and managed to put up a fog that prevented Jing (My character) from seeing the danger creeping up behind her, 3 crits given in the same space of time by three different pirates, lo and behold the cards flip and a good old decapitation comes up killing her with the first crit...the body was pretty much shredded by the end of the rest of the crits.
Name: Jing the Bandit King
Class and Level: Catfolk Rogue (Swashbuckler) Lv6
Catalyst: Further delving into insanity at loss of wife and the inability to communicate underwater (only party member without Aquan as a language) and his lifelong ambition since he got on the ship of fishing up sharks for dinner.
The breakdown: Well let's face it, my lovely CN beastial character had a lot of INT but not a lot of WIS to back it up, thus...throughout the game, much to the laughter of the entire group, he became the most interesting trapfinder ever...a cat on a rope. (I had it coming as a player as our last campaign I may have dangled a paladin on a rope as dragon bait) The first in the door every time, the cat swam his way into room after room taking the brunt of the attacks, much to the hatred of the party healer (Some mishmash of four different classes). They cleared the underwater cavern, saved the fish people, and found a new character. (that was retconned slightly). Poor Jing, broken and beaten over and over was numb from the amount of attacks landed upon him over the last day, not suspecting a thing the living trap that was set off as they cast off snagged him up and began to drag him higher and higher into the air. Before anyone could notice he was far too high (A good 90 feet in the air), the Ranger at last heard his screams of anger and cut the vine with a well placed arrow. Jing's luck worked one last time landing him in the water instead of the deck...however that was his last life all the same, the Non-lethal damage turned quite lethal far too quickly and they fished his poor dead body out of the water. That was one dead and flat catfolk.
Name: Sithiss
Class and Level: Gillman Bard (Sound Striker) Lv10
Catalyst: Non spoony bardedness and following his shtick a little to much.
The breakdown: Perhaps laughing in the face of death was wrong, but it was soon apparent that dancing and playing your flaming bagpipe of doom far wronger. (Perfect weapon for a sound striker no? Wand of produce flame inside of bagpipe for comical effect and flavor ^^). After facing, Giant creatures of the deep, phase spiders, pirates, and gargoyles...who would be terrified of cyclopsi...well he learned far too late you should. While a normal group would be all for hiding behind the walking tin can and let the cyclops smite away at him, ours....was a little different, seeing the poor man getting hammered down over and over, the brave bard jumps in front to prevent the poor guy from getting overwhelmed...and well to do his bag of firing at every enemy at once. This was perhaps a terrible mistake, a cyclops was rather mad about the crit he received and charged forwards with a great axe returning said crit. While it wasn't an instant kill card...it was a doozy, card came up normal damage and equal bleed. (Our group works on the idea that a x3 weapon gets x2 on normal) 46 points of pain square to the chest landed the man fish at about 20 HP left...and then he was up next BOOM 46 more points of blood come screaming out of his chest leaving him a dried husk on the floor. While he had the opportunity to be revived, the death was too traumatic and the soul would not endure coming back.
That is us up to date....So far in our group 4 total deaths (One not mentioned since the player quite right after). Two from my own personal self and one from my wife (I know it's not normal to play relationed in the game but I had already drawn up the character and her wants ended up being almost exactly the same and since it was her first game we rolled with it.) I shall update as more deaths arrive...Our poor CG Aquatic Elf captain is starting to slow shift to the more....CN side of things as crew member after crew member die horrific deaths. Jing should've died....about 8 different times, black cat saved his life every time...what a feat investment ^^
