So one of my players -- the one most hesistant to change, possibly because he's too ... thrifty ... to want to update his books :) -- asked me the other day about switching to Golarion.
We're currently in a home brew campaign in Forgotten Realms and my initial inclination was to start over in a new world. However, thinking about it, the setup is such that I could actually sort of slide the campaign right into the Kingmaker setup and it would work really well.
The problem is I'd like to use the opportunity to introduce more of Golarion than the one corner around the Stolen Lands -- I know one of the players really likes Cheliax, plus I think they'd like Irrisen and I'm intrigued by Sargava/the Mwangi Expanse, to name just a few spots.
Anyway, I'm looking for help brainstorming some drop-in encounters/adventures I could use to bring these elements to the kingdom, so I don't necessarily have to send them galivanting all over the Inner Sea region. Obviously I could have some Hellknights make a trip to the region for some purpose, and I suppose Irrisen could send some sort of ambassador, but if anyone's got anything more concrete (a PFS scenario I could download that could work, etc.), I'd love the help.
