I'd suggest reverse engineering it. Ioun Stones are double the cost of ordinary magic items due to not posing a space limitation (+2 enhancement bonuses are 8k via Ioun Stone, not 4k like usual; info on page 550 of the core rulebook.)
Also, for items with multiple different abilities, the cost is:
FullPrice for the most expensive ability +
1.5 x Price for every other ability.
An iridescent ioun stone, in ring form, would cost 9k. A ring of sustenance would cost 2.5k. And a ring of Endure Elements would cost 1k (2000 gp x CasterLevel [1] x SpellLevel [1] x .5 [Duration modifier due to the spell lasting 24 hours naturally].
Final answer, it should cost 14.25k gp.
