The Wizard Class ( Naga the Serpent, her well endowed attributes are NSFW) was the one taken into consideration when the Dynamic Spellcasting magic system was adapted to BESM d20 from Slayers d20. They are the standard in which all spell casting classes are balanced against.
Wizards have it over all the others because they can know an unlimited number of spells, or at least have spell books upon spell books of inscribed spells.
The changes to the Wizard in the Pathfinder RPG is in the PRD (Pathfinder System Reference Document). This thread addresses changes to the Wizard to accommodate Dynamic Spellcasting.
---------------------------------------
Changes:
Spellcasting: The Wizard gains a +1 bonus to spellcasting every level and this stacks throughout all 20 levels.
Bonus Feat: At 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th level, a wizard gains a bonus feat. At each such opportunity, he can choose a metamagic feat, an item creation feat, or Spell Mastery. The wizard must still meet all prerequisites for a bonus feat, including caster level minimums. These bonus feats are in addition to the feats that a character of any class gets from advancing levels. The wizard is not limited to the categories of item creation feats, metamagic feats, or Spell Mastery when choosing those feats.
Arcane Schools:
Universalist School
Wizards who do not specialize (known as as universalists) have the most diversity of all arcane spellcasters.
Hand of the Apprentice (Su): You cause your melee weapon to fly from your grasp and strike a foe before instantly returning to you. As a standard action, you can make a single attack using a melee weapon at a range of 30 feet. This attack is treated as a ranged attack with a thrown weapon, except that you add your Intelligence modifier on the attack roll instead of your Dexterity modifier (damage still relies on Strength). This ability cannot be used to perform a combat maneuver. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.
Metamagic Mastery (Su): At 8th level, you can apply any one metamagic feat that you know to a spell you are about to cast. The metamagic feat's casting DC modifier is reduced by +4.

Dynamic Spellcasting and the Summoner
The Summoner is the most popular class I have encountered in my campaigns. Most people want to summon an Eidolon and beat up the bad guys with it. This practitioner of the arcane arts forms a close bond with one particular outsider, known as an eidolon, who gains power as the summoner becomes more proficient at his summoning. Over time, the two become linked, eventually even sharing a shard of the same soul. But this power comes with a price: the summoner's spells and abilities are limited due to his time spent enhancing the power and exploring the nature of his eidolon.
----------------
Dynamic Spellcasting changes:
Spellcasting: A Summoner gives up a +5 bonus to Spellcasting when he reaches level 20. So his full bonus is +15. It starts at +1 and goes up by 1 every 1.5 levels. According to the math (34 Spell slots by 20th level) a summoner receives 60 Spell Slots, that's 3 spell slots every level.
Drain Resistance: A summoner receives the same Drain Resistance that the Sorcerer receives, making him an endurance caster.

Dynamic Spellcasting and the Oracle (Karla iconic dynamic Oracle.)
Although the gods work through many agents, perhaps none is more mysterious than the oracle. These divine vessels are granted power without their choice, selected by providence to wield powers that even they do not fully understand. Unlike a cleric, who draws her magic through devotion to a deity, oracles garner strength and power from many sources, namely those patron deities who support their ideals. Instead of worshiping a single source, oracles tend to venerate all of the gods that share their beliefs. While some see the powers of the oracle as a gift, others view them as a curse, changing the life of the chosen in unforeseen ways.
Role: Oracles do not usually associate with any one church or temple, instead preferring to strike out on their own, or with a small group of like-minded individuals. Oracles typically use their spells and revelations to further their understanding of their mystery, be it through fighting mighty battles or tending to the poor and sick.
Spellcasting: Oracles receive a +20 bonus by level 20, like clerics. Also like clerics, it's up to the GM if he wants to limit their Spell Slots or not (typically, clerics know all their spells after meditating/praying). Remember, players, the GM's word is law in his campaign. IF he limits the number of spells you know according to a set number of slots or increases your casting time, its his prerogative.
-------------------------------------------------------
The Dynamic Witch is like the sorcerer, almost more powerful.
Spellcasting: Witches receive a bonus of +20 by 20th level to their casting checks. They also receive 80 Spell slots.
Hexes and Drain: Because they are also hex slingers, witches do not receive Drain Resistance.
----------------------------
The Magus
Spellcasting: the Magus is treated like a paladin, receiving +10 bonus to their spell casting checks by level 20. They have 60 Spell slots to learn spells.
