Advanced d20 Magic alters the magic system changing from a Vancian Caster style to a Slayers caster style or a Record of Lodoss War style (Record of Lodoss War is the second D&D definitive Animated Series, the D&D cartoon was the first, Slayers is the third).
Basically, a spell caster can dust off as many spells as he likes as long as he can take the drain (I can take it, I can take it!).
The players roll spell casting as if it was a skill, against a difficulty class ranging from 15 (read magic) to 101 (Wish!). Spellcraft modifies the roll, and from the start a spell caster is considered to have learned Silent Spell and Still Spell automatically and have to add incantations, evocations, rituals, foci (reagents), a sacrifice of body (hit points), and/or a sacrifice of mind (XP) to reduce their spell casting DC. Metamagic feats add to the spell's casting DC, but magical crafting is easy to understand.
This is about converting the Sorcerer's bloodlines to the system. A new thread will tackle the wizard. The Bard, the Ranger, the paladin, the Druid, and the Cleric still follow under the rules in Ad20M and it is up to the GM on how to handle those classes and their magic.
This thread assumes you know the rules in Advanced d20 Magic. If you don't have the book or haven't read it, please don't comment on how confusing it is.

AD20M Sorcerer Class Features:
spellcasting: every spell must take up a slot or more. Depending on it's level, these slots range from 1 per spell (fireball) to 4 per spell (Wish again). The writers suggested 80 slots for the Sorcerer over 20 levels, or 4 slots every level. This is because in regular D&D 3.x, the Sorcerer gets 4 spells per spell level, on average. This would be 65 spell slots in Pathfinder. So it's better to keep it at 80. (I did the math, 9/5/5/4/4/4/3/3/3 for spells known is 65 AD20M spell slots). A sorcerer gains a +1 inherent bonus to Spellcasting every level (yes, it stacks).
Drain Resistance: The sorcerer is an endurance caster as well. A sorcerer can reduce the the drain by the level of drain resistance. Usually, this is doubled before the drain resistance is applied, if the Sorcerer fails his Fortitude check. However, if she passes her fortitude check by 10 or more, the drain is halved. Drain cannot be reduced to 1 point.
Now on to Bloodlines.
Bloodline: Each sorcerer has a source of magic somewhere in her heritage that grants her spells, bonus feats, an additional class skill, and other special abilities. This source can represent a blood relation or an extreme event involving a creature somewhere in the family’s past. For example, a sorcerer might have a dragon as a distant relative or her grandfather might have signed a terrible contract with a devil. Regardless of the source, this influence manifests in a number of ways as the sorcerer gains levels. A sorcerer must pick one bloodline upon taking her first level of sorcerer.
Once made, this choice cannot be changed At 3rd level, and every two levels thereafter, a sorcerer learns an additional spell, derived from her bloodline. These spells are in addition to the number of spells given on Table 3–15. These spells cannot be exchanged for different spells at higher levels.
At 7th level, and every six levels thereafter, a sorcerer receives one bonus feat, chosen from a list specific to each bloodline. The sorcerer must meet the prerequisites for these bonus feats.
A few specific things to remember about your sorcerer's bloodline and this system: the bonus spells do count against your spell slots for spells learned. Hardly any bloodline's rules will change except for what is noted below.
Arcane Bloodline: The Arcane Bloodline is definitely affected by the rules in AD20M.
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you apply a metamagic feat to a spell that increases the spell casting DC (and they all do), increase the spell's Save DC by +1 and reduces the spell's Spellcasting DC by 2 (stacks with the trait Magical Blood). The save DC bonus does not stack with itself and does not apply to spells modified by the Heighten Spell feat.

So, that is the change. Anyone wish to suggest more?
