Best adventures to get PCs to level 7

Adventures

I was planning on running the Slumbering Tsar which is a 3rd party mega adventure which starts at level 7. I don’t want to start my PC’s at level 7 but would prefer to have them go through some Paizo adventures to reach that level.

My group has already played RoftR, SS, CC, KM, we are going to play CotC, and JR so all of those are out. With the exception of those what string of low level adventures would you recommend to get PC’s to level 7?

I have head the "Price of Immortality" trilogy works well strung together, those should get you to about level 6. Those are the adventures "Crypt of the Everflame", "Masks of the Living God", and "City of Golden Death". You might have to provide some filler encounters or be willing to be generous with XP and in order to get the level bumps you need.
Those are probably your best bet for Paizo Modules unless you look into PF Society materials.

There's a school of thought which says that second darkness doesn't work too well as an AP given that the first and last halves don't mesh particularly well. Maybe the first two instalments of that AP would work as a lead-in? (though you might face similar PC motivational problems that the AP does, I don't know the background to slumbering tsar).

If you don't mind converting a bit, I am a fan of the old 3.5 Paizo adventures around Falcon's Hollow (D0 Hollow's Last Hope, D1 Crown of the Kobold King, D1.5 Revenge of the Kobold King etc etc). If you follow all the adventures around that locale (carnival of tears etc), roughly tied together, you should be hitting L6 or 7 by the end.

Hope that helps

I second the Price of Immortality adventures. (Crypt of the Everflame > Masks of the Living God > City of Golden Death.) I will be starting those adventures for a new group this coming Saturday and after reading them through and doing the math they should get a party just to the cusp of 7th level so if you are generous with the XP, as Extraordi-Nerd said (best name ever, btw), the party can easily be 7th level and ready for Mr. Vaughan's death-fest... er, I mean adventure.

You could always run "The Crucible of Freya" and the "Tomb of Abysthor" from Necromancer games. They fit together nicely as a run up to Tsar. Greg used those 2 modules himself when he ran Tsar for his group. You can pick the pdf's up at Drivethroughrpg for a reasoable price. There is some updated Pathfinder stat blocks for both modules in the corresponding forums over on the old Necromancer Games site, but you may have to take a link from the Frog God website now, seems the Necro link is broken.
