I'm going to need a new way to organize and keep all my character info staright shortly, as my 1" binder is getting full. What do you guys do?

Short Answer:

I got a second binder.

Long Answer:

Each section is for a character(I don't have any section dividers, I guess I just think of it this way): My binders are full of sheet protectors.
At the beginning of the section
I use the default Pathfinder character sheet but instead of double sided I print both pages side by side on a single sheet. I put In the same sheet protector, facing back I have a map of the Inner Sea where I make a dot for the location of each adventure of the character and connect it with a line to the previous adventure.
After that I have back to back all the chronicle sheets for the character. Followed by some empty sheet protectors. Eventually you get to the next character.

I tend to keep things like table tents/reference cards etc in the protector with the character sheet/map. When I play I pull out all the extra stuff in the character sheet protector for use and detach the character sheet protector from the binder. I then use a wet erase marker to track things like HP/spells memorized during play. I will quickly slide the character sheet out and make a tally next to things like wands used so I don't lose track of them.

2" Binder...;)

What exactly do you have in your binder?

2'inch?

If you are already bigger than a 1 inch, perhaps a 2.5 or 3 is better. If you are the type that likes to associate all your boons and items with a character, it would be better to have a big binder to accommodate that.

Wait until the back to school sales ... places like Walmart generally have the flexible 1in binders for super cheap... each characters get their own folder

My Character Binder is a 2.5"-3" binder. I have a plastic sleeve for each character sheet followed by one for every two chronicles of the character back-to-back so flipping through it I see the face of every chronicle. Then I keep a couple of sleeves between characters. The empty sleeves help to find the next character, while giving me a place to put more chronicles when needed.

The one big binder plans work well till the 3rd day of Gencon or Paizocon and you mind that of an Otyugh and your gut is of an elf who has filth fever.

I have 4 binders/folders, I often only take 2 to a con(focus on 2 pfs characters). My 11 level guy who was at the 1st Paizo run Paizo con(so the second) has lots of boons and other crap. I also have a copy of the Favorite summoned guys incase I forgot my Bestiary. I hate carrying lots of stuff to a big con. So do what fits your needs and thinking of Otyughs I think I am hungry.

I have a 1" binder for each of my characters, individually, once they get a certain amount of paper involved.

For my lower level PCs, with only a few sheets, I tend to keep them in individual pocket portfolios until they outgrow them.

I also have a 1" binder containing all my "built but not played yet." character designs. This one tends to vary in thickness, as I pull PCs out to use, or come up with a new idea of a PC I might like to play, some day.

Heh. I have 13 PCs with a minimum of one chronicle, up to the PC that just hit 12th level...

For a Con, I usually carry the PCs for the games I am registered for, plus one or two low-levels, for pick-up or substitute games. I can, potentially, carry all my PCs if it seems like a good idea. Sometimes, it does, as sometimes I find that I might want to play a scenario with a different qualified PC instead of the one I was originally gonna use...

I have multiple binders with plastic sleeves I can insert chronicles into, loaded with tabs, and sticky notes, but I have to admit that I absolutely love the journal feature of Hero Lab.

Im currently using a 1" binder, with sheet protectors for all the characters and chronicles (2 chronicles per protector), separators to keep the character sections apart, and a copy of the PFSOP Guide in the front.

In the front pocket, I have character sheets, new player numbers, pregens, and an additional resourses print out, and maybe a print out of an faq. In the back pocket, I keep a copy of Ambush in Absalom with map and chronicles.

I've also got a copy of the Inner Sea map in there someplace.

I could probably get rid of all the stuff that isnt strictly for MY characters, but so far, it's just been easier this way.

1.5-2" binder is sounding like the best answer so far.

I think that a 1" binder per character is sufficient. My current character sheet, chronicle logs, and PDF print outs of pertinent sections of rule books/source books for easy reference during play is what I generally put in mine.

I'm finding that a 1 inch binder fits my 11th level character perfectly, but squeezes everyone else out. I bought several 1 inch binders and separated them according to 'job' but that may not work either. I may get two 1.5 inch binders and go with that for now.
