Date shipped says Feb 17, so today makes 2 weeks and I have received nothing yet. Wasn't sure if there was any issues shipping this time around? Usually I receive my stuff in about 6 days, so I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention just in case something odd has happened (like another freak snowstorm).

Checking our system your package was indeed shipped from our warehouse on the 17th of February with an estimated arrival time of 4 to 8 business days. Since the package was shipped it has been 9 business days, but with no known delays I suspect your package should be arriving very soon.
At this time I would like to give the package a little more time to arrive before we take further action. Lets give the package until the end of next week to arrive at your address, if it doesn't arrive by then make sure to let me know.

Thanks for your patience while we gave it a bit more time to arrive. I have set replacement copies of your books to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment free of charge. With that being said, expect to see them with the first installment of Skull & Shackles. Remember that while the physical copies of your products may not have arrived yet, you still have access to their PDFs in your My Downloads section of the Paizo website. If there is anything else we can do for you don't hesitate to ask.
Make sure to let us know if the original package arrives as well.
