I just received shipment on this order today and there were two problems with it, both with the same item, the Cyngar Black 13th Gun Mage Strike Team.
First, when I ordered this item, it was apparently on sale at $12.99, and I used the holiday promotional code to get 10% off. The item was out of stock, so it was delayed from my January shipment, and the price went up to $14.44. I posted about it when it was initially moved from one order to the next, and was assured that the item had been updated in your system to reflect the pricing that I should have received had it shipped when intended. Looking at my invoice, not only was the promotional discount no applied, but the new price of $14.44 was the price that I was charged.
All of that I would have been able to live with (I mean, $3 isn't that big a deal), however, when I actually pulled the item out of the box today, I didn't even get the right item. What I was actually sent was this. A much more expensive item (which I was not charged for, at least, but I feel like I'm stealing $15 if I keep it), and not at all the minis that I wanted.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Sorry, I realized as I was cooking dinner that the $12.99 price I was talking about seeing before was probably just the price after the proper discount had been applied. So, really that aspect is even less of a deal, $1.45 isn't anything to worry about.

I apologize for the error in your order and would like to make this up to you at this time. I have just applied the Holiday12 discount from when you placed the order for the Black 13th, bringing the original price of $12.99. I have refunded you the difference of $1.45 in store credit. I have also set a replacement for the Black 13th to your sidecart to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment.
As it was our mistake when we sent you the Arcane Tempest Gun Mages, I would like you to keep them as a symbol of our apology, put them to good use. If at all possible, use them to scrap a few Khador Warjacks for me (no offense to any Khador players). You should be able to check the status of your store credit and replacements for the Black 13th on your My Account page on the Paizo website.

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate the quick response. Since there's no subscription shipments going out this month, I was planning on using the money that I normally put towards it for another brick of Pathfinder mins. Will there be any problem having the Black 13th ship with that, rather than a subscription order?

That should be absolutely fine. When purchasing the Brick add it to your sidecart instead of ordering it as normal, and let me know when you have done so. I'll manually move both the Brick & Black 13th to a separate order to be shipped as soon as possible. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with and I'll be glad to assist.

I just moved the Heroes & Monsters Brick & The Black 13th Strike Team to a separate order and marked it to ship as soon as possible. You should be able to verify its pending status on your Order History page on the Paizo website. I set shipping to the most economic option available, UPS 5 Day Ground for a rate of $13.93.
If there is any changes you would like to make or if there is anything else I can do for you, don't hesitate to ask!
