It is coming up on 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered and it does not appear to have shipped yet. The product page says "Usually ships from our warehouse in 2 to 6 business days" and my order history says "Should ship from our warehouse within 4 to 11 business days". We're at the outside estimate and I am just wondering if it might ship soon. This one seems to be taking a very long time.

It looks like your order encountered an error when it was being set up by our system which prevented it from shipping. We've since fixed the bug and I have set your order to ship from our facility as soon as possible. You should be receiving a confirmation email letting you know your package has shipped from our facility some time in the near future. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
