What would you make the CR of the following hazard?
Befuddling Creeper (CR ?)
Deep under the earth, any light is suspicious and the soft purple glow of the befuddling creeper has been the last light many creatures have ever seen. The creeper was created to protect the borders of a vast underground empire that fell ages ago. A 5-foot square of befuddling creeper gives off dim light in a 10 foot radius. Creatures entering the area of dim light must make a DC 16 Will save every round or suffer 1 point of Charisma drain. The sweet scent of the plump berries often lures creatures to approach the creeper and eating them only hastens the end. A creature suffers a cumulative -1 penalty on Will saving throws for 24 hour for each berry eaten. Creatures with an Intelligence score of 2 or less, plants, constructs, and undead are immune to the effects of the befuddling creeper. A DC 25 Knowledge (dungeoneering) check identifies the hazard a befuddling creeper presents.
Also not 100% sure of the name...
