So, I'm making an item for a PBP campaign I'm in and I wanted to make an item that combined a number items that would help someone infiltrate an organization/party/event. It essentially combines the Ring of Mind Shielding, Hat of Disguise, and Robe of Blending with an extra +5 to Bluff. I'll list the item below, but the problem I'm having is determining cost. I took the Ring of Mind Shielding and multiplied the cost by two, since rings usually cost half as much, added 75% of the cost of the Robe of Blending, half the cost of the Hat of Disguise, and then doubled the cost of a +5 skill bonus. It came out to 23,950 and I just rounded it for the sake of ease to 24k. Does this seem reasonable for cost or did I over/under calculate it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Cowl of the Infiltrator
Aura Varies; CL 10th
Slot Head; Price 24,000 gp; Weight1 lb.
Description
This simple black black cloth hood with small mantle is prized by spies and assassins alike for it's versatility of applications when subterfuge and infiltration is required. It combines the effects of a multiple magical items into one simple to use package. It allows the wearer to disguise themselves as another humanoid species as per alter self along with a convincing clothing to match their altered shape. This change lasts for 1 hour or is dismissible as a free action. This ability is usable at will. Additionally, the hood renders the wearer immune spells that would blow their disguise and cover; specifically, detect thoughts, discern lies, and any magical attempt to discern alignment. As an added bonus the cowl also provides a constant +5 bonus to bluff attempts to stay in character.
Construction
Requirements Craft Wondrous Item, alter self, disguise self, glibness, nondetection; Cost 12,000

The 75%, 50% discount etc only applies for "multiple similar abilities that don't take up space on a character's body".
A) this takes up space on a characters body
b) they're in no way similar
So you take the most expensive item, and use its base price. Then each additional item costs +50% of its normal price.
I don't really know the prices for the items you mentioned, but if they're just basicly copying items, then just use the prices given for those items.
Also I don't think rings actually cost only half as much, so no need to double that.

ok, most expensive is the Robe of Blending at 8,400. Then the Ring of Mind Shielding at 8,000. The Hat of Disguise is 1,800. The formula for skill bonuses is Bonus squared x 100 gp. So, a +5 skill bonus is 2,500. Adding all this together (8,400+12,000+2,700+5000) is 28,100 in total. Does that sound right?
Edit: Sorry got my math wrong. Should be 8,400+12,000+2700+3750 which is 26,850.
