Good Cleric and Gunslinger builds for Kingmaker?

Balancing out a need for Charisma, how does one tweak a build for these two classes to make them Leadership worthy for Kingmaker?

You don't need all PCs to have a high Charisma. What Council roles are your Gunslinger and Cleric suppose to fill?

But if you do want them to have a high Charisma then...
Gunslinger: Mysterious Stranger archtype (Charisma instead of Wisdom for Grit)
Cleric: Calistria worshiper

Don't necessarily need charisma for the leader either, I houseruled in Wisdom as king stats together with Charisma. Kings can be charming and a good leader, or they could be wise decision makers, who'll have diplomats to handle the talking for them.
