So, is there a forum for in character interactions / chat?

Well, as a new player to Paizo and Pathfinder, I've registered my character and find that I have to make at least 10 posts with a totally different name for my character.

so as the question asks: is there an in-character forum for interaction and chat?

All the 10 post things means is that once you make 10 posts you can't change your Avatar (Character) name.

You can change it until then. You might want to do that because right now it is your name.
