Is this very lightly armored enough for you?

I guess at 90mm she might be a bit large. Maybe your monk is a giant?

The "Tsuto Kaijutsu" mini in the Pathfinder Battles Rise of the Runelords set works real well if your character is male. He's a monk with a longbow.
