New feat help...

I am looking to create a new feat for casters. I am basing it on weapon finess. Casters would use their relative modifier to hit with ranged touch attacks. Will this break the system? any thoughts, suggestions or comments?

I thought about such feat as well. I doubt it would break the system - it would give certain edge to casters but most dire Save or Die/Suck spells don't require attack roll anyway.
