I Am thinking invulnerable Rager

with body bludgeon, brawler and improved brawler and short sword proficiency.

it is clear he is unarmored and has major DR/
any suggestions? maybe level 10 of tetori/10 invulnerable rager ..yes i know they don't fit together by raw

invulnerable rager should cut it, but I would look more into lvl 6 or thelike, he has a natural strength and con of 18 however, and he got a trait "juiced up on steroids" that accounts for the rest.
Don't forget that lvl 20 as nearly half-gods, Brock can smash all those puny commoners like flies, but there are limits (remember that cartoons can break rules when it doesn't harm the storyline).

yeah I understand that no character can be a UBER MIECH all the time. I Was more interested in the character advancement. and how to fit pathfinder to closely match the cartoon not the other way around.....

There's nothing stopping you RAW from having Tetori/Barbarian, just as long as you take the Monk levels first.
The only thing Monks lose when they become nonlawful is the ability to gain more levels in Monk.

it would be awesome right....the next thing is his bowie knife is technically a short sword as I see it. is there a Bowie knife in Pathfinder.

I honestly though more people would be interested in this.
