I recognize that right away: it's derived from the Kingdoms of Kalamar Player's Guide (D&D v.3.0). I'm not sure the original is OGL - did you check that?
If I were to "Pathfinderize" this I would definitely correct the BAB and F/R/W values to conform with the (best fitting of the) standard progressions used in PF. That said, IIRC Monte Cook had an intermediate saving throw progression in Arcana Evolved that is OGL: from levels 1 to 20 is as follows: +1, +2, +2, +2, +3, +3, +4, +4, +4, +5, +5, +6, +6, +6, +7, +7, +8, +8, +8, +9 (it is the closest one can get to being between good saves and poor saves). This intermediate progression for F/R/W isn't wonky like those of the Brigand for KoK, and maybe usable for a PF version of the Brigand if that fits what you'd like to do.
How about BAB = PF Fighter BAB, F/R/W = Intermediate/intermiadiate/poor? Then, just as the Barbarian HD @ 1d12 is an exception, keep the Brigand's HD @ 1d8, as an exception. You could probably keep the rest as you've done, but I say that not having time tonight to look over the combinations and permutations.

The third edition Kingdoms of Kalamar books were released by Kenzer under a special licence they acquired from WotC that allowed them to produce Kingdoms of Kalamar as official Dungeons & Dragons material, using the Dungeons & Dragons logo. Thus, the third edition Kingdoms of Kalamar books have no OGL content, and no need to have a copy of the OGL printed in them.

Also, what do you guys think of this frenzy/rage type thing? No good for the Brigand? Once again, I more or less explain this frenzy/rage as a brawler. A Tank Abbot-style fighter. More reckless than the barbarian, but can be put down more easily as well. Does this belong with the Brigand or does it feel out of place/character?
Reckless Fervor: 3rd Level, lasts for 4 rounds + con modifier. The brigand can call upon inner reserves of intimidation and reckless ferocity, granting him additional combat prowess at the cost of his own safety. For every level the brigand possesses beyond 3rd, the brigand can stay in this state for one additional round. The first attack made by the brigand in this state is granted a bonus of +4 hit, damage, and to confirm critical and -2 armor class for the duration. If the first attack is missed, the fervor immediately ends. For every kill, the brigand gains an additional +1 to hit and damage but also takes an additional point of damage from enemies. Each bonus is cumulative. For each time the brigand hits and damages an enemy or every time the brigand takes damage the fervor can ignore the effects of missing.
Unending Fervor: 10th Level, Brigand gains Unending Fervor, increasing the duration of Reckless Fervor by 1 round per confirmed kill, and each kill resets to the initial +4 bonus to hit, damage, and critical confirmation and stacks with the bonus damage from each confirmed kill.

Now, as I asked in my previous version of this post before I moved it to the Conversions section, do you guys feel the Eyes of Fury, Fearsome Appearance and Commanding Presence should be DC 10+1/2 Brigand Level+Cha Bonus?
And if that's the case -- the ORIGINAL Brigand has these 3 abilities as AT WILL.
That seems pretty ridiculous, right?
Should be X times per day, yes?

I would rework them into modifications of demoralize mechanics instead of special attacks. This would introduce limiting mechanics - each attempt to demoralize the same target has it's DC increased by 5, reseting after 1 hour.
For example
Eyes Of Fury: Brigand can use demoralize as a move action.
Fearsome Appeareance: Opponents demoralized by Brigand can't make attacks of opportunity against him.
Commanding Presence: Brigand may take a -5 penalty to his demoralize check to make the target frightened instead of shaken.
Improved Commanding Presence: Brigand may take a -10 penalty to his demoralize check to make the target paniced instead of shaken.
