It is. Keep watching the forums. Eventually some Paizo official person will post an open call for games, with a list of what information they want for the game (which will go on the schedule).
Replying to that message will get your game on the official schedule (there may be some kind of approval process, too, but I haven't seen any turned down).
EDIT: This assumes you meant running a non-Pathfinder Society game. If you want to run a Pathfinder Society game, see the message that Mike Brock just posted :)
