Kobold Deities of Golarion?

Pathfinder Adventure Path General Discussion

Got a kobold heavy campaign coming up and was just wondering if it was ever established who is the kobolds primary deity in Golarion? Does Kurtulmak exist in the Pathfinder universe or do kobolds revere a different god?

They don't have one, as far as I know. Classic Monsters Revisited mentions them liking dragon deities, but Golarion's don't fit terribly well (Apsu is LG, Dahak is CE, and Tiamut hasn't been written up anywhere).

I'd go with Asmodeus or one of the numerous lesser powers of Hell. Your best bet might be to just slide Kurtulmak in, perhaps as an Infernal Duke if you want to keep everything close to canon.

Droskar, being the god of artifice and toil, seems to be a pretty good fit.

Dahak would probably be most kobolds' primary deity. Or perhaps they'd worship local ancient and powerful dragons, venerating them as if they were gods.

Lamashtu would probably work for some kobolds, claiming that she procreated with a dragon to birth their kin (similar to gnolls, minotaur etc claiming similar stories).

Various archdevils, demon lords, and even the horsemen could stand in for a good kobold deity, depending on their interests. It allows for a lot of variety in their religious practices and beliefs this way.

And of course, like Mort said, you could easily make Kurtulmak an Infernal Duke (or even a full-fledged god if you liked!)... or perhaps he's a demigod of some sort, or maybe he's one of the heralds/servants of Dahak.
