Both orders # 1882045 & 1882046 have been cancelled. You should be able to check your order status to verify that they are no longer active.

Were you actually charged or is it just the authorization that shows up first? If the latter it'll just disappear after a couple of business days.

I was actually charged it debited $34 and some cents twice.

Your payment method was authorized but never charged as we do not charge until we ship the item. You can read more about authorizations in our FAQ: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0t

Basically, when an order is placed or is about to ship, we authorize the payment method. This checks the balance and makes sure the account is valid. Many banks will list these authorizations as "pending" transactions and many will also remove the amount from your "available balance". However, if the order is not shipped (such as in your case) the authorizations should expire within about 1-5 business days depending on your bank. If it does not expire and disappear from your account, you will want to contact your bank.
